Prime Nantucket Town location, 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom home with in-ground hot-tub was recently renovated and is walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants.

38 Pleasant Street consists of 2 buildings- the main house and a separate carriage house. All bedrooms and the living room feature wall mounted HD flat screen televisions. In the main house, four (4) of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king or queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The separate studio features a king size bed, mini-split a/c unit, en-suite bathroom and wall mounted flat screen TV.

The grassy backyard is private quiet and has an in-ground hot-tub. There is a raised deck off of the kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a gas grill.

The house comes equipped with fine linens, a ping pong table, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and a cooler as well as dinner service for 10 and a lobster pot- perfect for a day on the beach followed by a Lobster In The Rough dinner.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 38 Pleasant Street have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

The Copley Group’s Nantucket Collection homes are available for rent year-round. A one-week minimum rental- from Saturday to Saturday- is required during the summer high season. During non-peak season we have a three-night minimum stay requirement. For nightly rates during the shoulder and off-season please call or email us directly.
