As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic continues, we want to keep our guests and prospective guests informed about our plans for the 2020 rental season.
As always, each house will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest stay. Our cleaners will be using CDC approved products and will be sanitizing all hard surfaces. We will also be providing additional cleaning and sanitizing products for guest use during their stay.
For guests staying with us before June 15, if you would like to cancel, you will receive a credit for the full value of your stay to be used within one year. For our late June, July and August guests, our standard cancelation policy is still in effect. We recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance when booking your stay with us. You can purchase insurance products directly through our website from the check-out page. We will continue to monitor the Massachusetts and Nantucket guidelines and will update our cancelation policy as needed.
