Getting Your Dog to Nantucket
Getting your dog to Nantucket is easy! Dogs are allowed on the Hy-line and Steamship Authority Ferries at no additional charge. Cape Air allows one pet (two if they are with the same family) per flight for a small fee. We recommend booking your pet's flight in advance.
Resources and Stores for Your Dog
Ran out of your dog's food or want to get your good boy or girl a new toy? Be sure to visit Geronimo's and Cold Noses. Geronimo's of Nantucket is a pet supply and gift shop in the mid-island and Cold Noses is located downtown on Straight Wharf, both owned by the same people. Geronimo's also offers pet services, like dog walks and feeding visits if you're spending a long period of time away from your vacation rental and you're not going a dog-friendly spot.
